Actually, I sometimes prefer to spam soul eater rather than soulburst in some cases. Works wonders with high armor enemies and nullifies the vampirism. First: The Death greatly surpasses the High Priestess in direct power.Second: The Death can transfer the high power + agility to Gelyan, which causes him to gain several more attacks each battle (if energy consuming).Third: The Soulburst is extremely helpful in boss battles, since the extra time to set up or attack can greatly improve my success rate.On the other hand:The High Priestess heals everyone for more health each turn, which can help.In some situations (aka the final optional boss), the abilities can also help, as gaining a significant burst of extra health can mean the difference between losing my #1 damage dealing character (Sisi) and keeping her alive.Finally; the Soulburst (only if the High Priestess is nearly dead for me) can provide a boost to everyone else in terms of health, which can help greatly in an extended battle (again, thinking of the final optional boss here)Oh, and agreed, "...Death rocks, either in or out the field.
