was thinking about this one day while my mom was telling me to brush my teeth. It sounds gross, but I don't really brush my teeth so much. Once a week, maybe more, and that's it. I've never gotten cavities in my life, only had one trip to the dentist, and that was for teeth removal, and my breath doesn't smell too bad, only what you expect from eating a lot of meat. My hair is trouble though. My entire family has oily and dry hair, and I get flakes if I don't wash everyday. For some reason, this only happened when I was 11, and before that, I didn't take a bath so much. Once every month was my limit back then. I didn't smell any worse, and my hair was normal. Now, my hair get's oily, but it looks okay, and I take showers daily. No matter what, it kept getting oily and itchy, eczema my main problem. So, I did what most people would do. Check the internet. I found out that most people could wash with only water. And I tried it out as of yesterday. I didn't use any soap to wash my face, used no shampoo or conditioner, and my hair is actually the same, except less oily and itchy. Maybe my hair got used to not getting washed so much when I was younger, and I only need some deep water rinsing to clean it. Since I never smell, even after sweating, that didn't change. It's kind of weird, but I never used deodorant in my life. I only just started to use conditioner, about 1 month back, and I recently started to floss, around 2 months before. I've never had problems, and I barely got sick. Most people can't tell if I didn't wash my hair or not, and likewise to my skin. My skin is tan, tanner than my Latino friend, because I used to swim without sunscreen(yet another supposed bad habit). I might be lucky, or because of heredity, but hygiene is pretty low key for me. How about you guys? Let me know your thoughts on body hygi

Shower: Thrice a weekWash face: Once a dayWash/Sanitize Hands: Over 9000Hygiene is pretty big for me. I don't like feeling dirty, so whenever I feel somewhat dirty, it's into the shower I go.As for my face... well, I have my Dad's skin, so the acne is pretty terrible. Am I washing my hands too much? Maybe. Am I going to stop doing so?

ave you ever gotten cavities before? The showering thing is pretty normal, washing the face is too, and the hand hygiene seems to be like a mysophobe. My acne is pretty low. Only started to get it a month ago. And I only wash my face with water. and scraping it with my nails. I'm trying to use less shampoo, soap and conditioner because it exacerbates my ecxema and possibly my acne. If I was able to survive without a bath for a month when I was a kid, I can do it to a lesser degree now. Also, using any type of shampoo, soap or conditioner causes my hair to become sticky, and it makes my skin dry as hell. Brushing my teeth isn't much of a problem for me, even though a lot of people aren't so lucky. Oh, and I can take as many showers as I want without any problems(besides the water bill). And how's your body odor? For some weird reason, it's like I can't smell bad. Maybe because I've been living with girls for my entire life. And please do not use the meme of 9000 ever ag

The result? Well, rather the spring for braces like NORMAL kids, my parents decided on Preemptive Dental Surgery, which included the extraction of up to 4 teeth in one sitting on a quarterly basis. In the end, we spent less money on dental costs and orthodontics, but we probably bought enough painkiller, antiseptic and blood coagulant to stock platoon of front-line med

In one word to describe braces: PAIN. I would never get them. I would rather have my teeth forcibly pushed back into place by those weird thingies that do that. Hurts even more, but short t

Younger people usually don't get cavities. However, if you don't brush your teeth often enough, it will become a habit. Eventually it will hit you when you get older.Either way, I try to brush at least 2 or three times a day. I shower everyday just because I like showering /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif

Or maybe all body hygiene is a LIE and the only reason we're told to do all that stuff is so they can sell more hygiene products, which only serve to make your teeth look yellower and your hair more oily which causes you to do it even more often and buy even more products... OMG CONSPIRACY!!!!!111But yeah. Btw, do you know of anybody (besides little kids) that takes a bath instead of a shower? I don't think I know anybody who does that, but then again it's not like I ask them all... that would be creep
