When a character's attribute is lower than the Perk's requirement, the system just dimout that Perk but it's still in the middle slot and effective to the character. It should be taken out from the slots directly.2. The Sound option is always ticked when entering the battle screen.

                t's a big help to Sisily since she's vastly underpowered otherwise as anything other than a battery. Neraine doesn't really need the help, but meh. Gelyan's still more kickass than the two of them combined, so it's hard to begrudge them that bit of h
