It also increase chain rate that allows units to perform multiple hit per turn. In some sense, chain hits is similar to critical hits but you can keep "comboing" them. However, it seems like the battle system is going to become more dependent on random chance due to the combo system. In my opinion, this is a bad idea. In games with a heavy focus on tactics, it is very frustrating when you lose not because of bad planning or tactics, but because Lady Luck hates your guts. I experience that often in games and it's highly frustrating. Especially in a tactical RPG, the game should have as little of a reliance on random chance as possible.Other than that though, the new battle system does seem to be exciting. I am looking forward to this. :)P.S. Will Tarots be gaining new abilities or not? It's something I've been wondering, and I have posted a query about it in the DtRoT fo
