However the most useful abiltiy of his mind his is teleknitic and telepathic powers.Weapon: His Mind and his Robotic LimbsFighting Style (Optional): Otto's fighting style is extremely... interesting to say the least. His role in battle isn't any of the norm - damage dealer, tank, energy battery etc. No his role is that off a controler. He maniuplates the battlefield with his teleknitic and telepathic powers. Moving allies, enimies, obstacles and sometimes even the floor itself. As well as change the stats of people, making his allies, faster, stornger, tougher. While also weakening the enemy. When he does fight, he uses his robotic limbs, which can each trasform into a different weapon. His legs also being able to transform into a set off boosters so that he can fly.Moveset (Optional):Stats and Perks (Optional):Extra Information (Optional): Will probably have limited attacks, maybe only one or two, but he will have a lot of abilties. So yes, I built a Ge.Ne.Sis character, moveset and all, about 30 seconds after beating the game.
