k i didn't bother to read the other 14 pages of post so forgive if i copy or something is already in motion. you should add a tarot story line that ties into the game like the priestess and the death fight or the fool betrays Gelayn or so on and tarots should be able to be on different characters. and anyone that says equipment is wrong. it would change the look of the game to much and make the game have a dependency on cash or money.also there should be re battles but not any that give bonus items unless the monsters were made stronger like what happens when you use the holy egg in the last game. can there also be more point resets. last time i messed up pretty badly and made Nera a mage like class. then there should be more secondary characters unlike last game where there was only one. I'd also like to see more of where Esis comes from or how her brother ties into the story i mean Gen + Esis = Genesis so is there like a Arma + Dgon = Armadgon either way there is a lot of new things you could add tho the g

First things first, welcome to the forums.*shakes hands*Now about the ideas. Altough Arma and Gedon sounds fun and could work, but I think the storyline was defined from the start. More history about Esis and her brother is almost a given, I think.Equipment is unacessary, most of us agree. I think in-game money was ruled out from the start, too.But the tarots... tarot story is a good idea, but I don't think it'll made it to the game. There is a (pinned) Fan fic about those, tough. You can't change the tarots set for each caracter because they are tied to their owner's personality, so that's pretty much out of question.Oh, and the new sedcondaries are a given. They're both insanely powerful, that's true, but this can be fixed by the good ol' "joining your party makes you weak" rule of all RPG. First off, it's already been shown in WoG that all three main characters can use ranged weaponry. Yes, Sisi's was a very silly carrot cannon, but that doesn't dismiss it. I'm sure with a little thought, tons more could be imagines. Fast submachine guns for Nera? Maybe powerful shotgun or sniper rifle for Gelyan? Pistols capable of trick shots for Sisily? That's just stuff I thought of in the past two minutes, and if you add that to the WoG armory, then you already have more than enough weapons for a third or first person shooter.Also, Gelyan may be the best gunman, but hey, melee and other mechanics are often incorporated into shooters, so no biggie. Just give Nera and Sisily a few options other than shooting and it could be balanced. Nera could have a devastating melee attack, and Sisily maybe could keep her teleportation, letting her easily evade enemy attacks and going in for close kills quickly. So Nera has an edge in non-shooting, Sisily has an edge in tactics, surprise, and evasion, and Gelyan is just better at the core gameplay. See? I could work out.-----A metroidvania Genesis game seems pretty awesome, and possible, now that I think of it. As would a traditional RPG.
