By the way, I just finished Elfen Lied, and one of the things that occurred to me was that, in a very loose way, it was kind of like Chobits...gone bad O_O.The fact that Nyu loses her memory and can only say one word (that being, "nyu") is remarkably similar to Chii, who has no memory of her past life, and when woken by Hideki, can only say "Chi". There are some other connections that I made at around 1:20 am this morning, but for the life of me, I couldn't remember what they were.EL, can I take a stab at why you hate K-On and Lucky Star?Is it because they're too childish, or that they have virtually no plot/major confl

So, as I said, I have given up trying to watch Evangelion. If anyone wants to give me a review, I will gladly add it to the list...As well, this is also to tell you that someone in Japan actually had the balls to sneak a video camera into a theatre a cam-rip the Haruhi movie, and then sub it.If you don't know the movie, it's on the list at the bottom, but I might as well reiterate here because of how awesome it is:Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoushitsu (The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya) shows us a world without Haruhi Suzumiya. The story follows Kyon as he wakes up one day and finds that Haruhi has vanished from the world. Nagato is not an alien, Asahina doesn't know who he is, and Koizumi doesn't go to North High. Kyon must race against the clock to find Haruhi in this messed up world before it's too late.coloro:#FF0000/colorosizeo:5/sizeoRead that spoiler AT YOUR OWN RISK. I have put in quite a few shocking plot twists in there that some of you may not want spoiled.sizec/sizeccolorc/colorcOh, here's a freebie:For you Nagato Yuki fans out there, be prepared to see Yuki in a way you've never seen her before: WITH EMOTIONS.For those you you who want to see the cam-ripped version of the movie, follow this link:Here.Oh, and the list is also a little bit bigger

Still didn't add Anime Season though. (It works.)Other than the fact that she's a third grader (WTF? Loli! DAMMIT!), Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha (all three) is good if you like that kind of magic stuff. (Is kind of disoriented trying to explain Nanoha.) Actually, you can ignore this if you want. I couldn't care l

XDANYWAYS:Quick update on a few things: K-On is now into their Second season (Just started airing in Japan in April), so for all of you fans out there, REJOICE because AnimeSeason has started to get the episodes on there. And for those of you into the some of the stranger Bishojo stuff, Strike Witches will be airing their Second Season sometime in Mid 2010 (I personally will be keeping my eyes out for that /happy.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="^_^" border="0" alt="happy.gif"

well, probably not, but... /dry.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="<_<" border="0" alt="dry.gif" /> tengen toppa gurren lagann will be enjoyable if you've seen neon genesis evangelion or so i have heard, it's full of spirit and giant mechas ( to put it into perspective, at the end there's a galaxy sized mecha piloted by a planet sized mecha piloted by a building sized mecha piloted by a human sized mecha piloted by the main character )cham you should probably check out seitokai no ichizon due to both your like of lucky star and the disturbing window into your world in the last posts, it's like lucky star on crack with a main character desperate to make his co-stars his harem.now i will dissappear on the forums for another month. /mellow.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid="" border="0" alt="mellow.gif

I am unsure if it would count, as it was co-produced by French and Japanese developers, but I would like to put forward Oban Star-Racers. First link (Oban) is to it's Wikipedia entry, and the second link(Star-Racers) is to it's TvTropes entry. It's opening song is here, with the full song here.

Have you seen it? Most of the character designs are original and the fact that the plot revolves around female butlers that are hit-men (or should I say hit-woman?) hasn't really been used before. Plus, female main characters are always a plus. Also, Kuroshitsuji? You've probably heard of this one from the interwebs. Almost the same as Full Metal Alchemist but actually a lot darker. About a orphan of an English noble family that has a special power in his eye that he can command his butler-demon Sebastian what to do and stuff. Liked it because it always seemed to be sad. Finally, hmmm, probably been suggested before but, Code Geass? I'm pretty sure you know what it's about. Britannia and all conquers 75% of the world and stuff and one prince guy goes and kills everybody with sweet-looking robots (okay, that's not really what happens but I wasn't really paying attention the first time I watched it, only the second time). Just give me some pros and cons, and something that will hook people into watching it.And speaking of Jikogu Shoujo, it was the seizure inducing music that really kept me watching it. Since watching it, I have purchased both CDs of the OST and I listen to them at night. Doing so gives me the urge to go online at midnight
